I work where customer needs, business priorities and engineering delivery meet. In B2B and B2C travel SaaS, I have turned unclear requirements into focused plans, coordinated cross-functional teams, and helped products move from early ideas to customers. TripMentor
Drove the decision to build an in-house component library and used it to launch TripMentor. Delivered a demo-ready product website on mock data before the backend existed, used in investor demos.
Customer operations / 03
Onboarding and rollout
Owned onboarding as the B2B portfolio grew from around 10 to 22 customers, taking new accounts live in 3 to 4 days. Delivered a per-customer feature flag panel and communicated releases through biweekly product update emails.
Supplier connectivity / 04
Removing a delivery blocker
Identified supplier integration as the main delivery blocker, made the case to leadership, and set up a dedicated connectivity team. Delivery went from months per provider to 1 to 2 new providers per month.
Frontend systems / 05
Systems that reduce friction
Built Vue.js frontend infrastructure and an in-house component library. A representatives' portal cut paperwork by 50%, and a claim system removed the need for physical presence by 100%. Booking engine work cut update time by 80% and brought 50% incremental revenue.
